Thank you Libby, but I did start in the middle and worked by way out to the ends. I think next time I need to border punch 1st and then adjust my card size. The punch was a last minute idea.
Bernice, One suggestion for border punching is to start in the middle and work out from both sides. It may not end up perfect but will be very close. I got that hint from another card maker and use it OFTEN with great results. Hope this helps! Let m…

Yup the Happy Birthday is a stamp from Stampin' Up. The ribbon is around the front of the card..and when you open up the card u can see the back part of the ribbon on the flap yeah.

Your card is to cute, I especially like the ribbon accent. Did you use a stamp for the "Happy Birthday" box? Does the ribbon go through the inside of the card also?
Here's a card i made tonight. My scanner doesn't like to scan the whole image..not totally sure how to use it. The dark blue cardstock is actually around the whole patterned paper.

I thought I would sit and do your letter Well as you know my name is Sarah Louise I am 37 born 16th May 1971 I live with my mum my in England I have 2 foster sisters Tracy Linda and Tracy they are both married with children. Linda as a little boy Harry he’s 3 Tracy as 2 girls Alicia age 7 and Imogen age 2.
I think I should start this letter by telling you I am disabled I have been disabled from birth I have Spaina bifida I am paralyzed from the waist down so I cant walk I use a wheel chair to get around I also have hydrocephalus this means when I was born I had fluid on my brain so I had to have a operation to insert a tube in my brain to drain the fluid which is called a shunt or valve all this dose not stop me from having fun I like a good laugh.
I used to work I was a receptionist but the company had to close due to lack of funding it was run by disabled people.
My hobbies are listening to music I like most kinds of music mostly the 80s I also like going out meeting people but most of all I like chatting on my computer and pen paling I have many peals from all over the world but saying that I have recently lost a few pals so I am trying to get new pals that is why I decided to join the Good old days web sight.
I have 1 friend that is very special to me Ann- Marie we have been friends for over 4 years now we have never met we found each other on the inter net I am always phoning her she is a diabetic and suffers with depletion as she lost a little girl at the age of 2 she went in to a diabetic coma she says I have helped he through things even though we have never met she says just having someone to chat to helps she is a lot better now than when we first started talking on the phone she always used to cry but not now yea ok she still has her down days but not as much there that’s a little about me .
So have you started your Christmas shopping? I have nearly finished
