Good morning all. This is new to me, my first day here so hang in there till I get it together. lol It looks like a great place. Looks like the weather is about to get better now in NJ. Looking forward to the spring. We have had alot of snow this winter. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.
Dave, where do we send the buttons too? I think what they do is very heart warming and at their age one knows it is coming from the heart.I am proud to be a part of this.God Bless you all! JoAllen Winter

We have an Urgent need of Buttons from anyone who can send some. Doesn't matter if the Buttons are new or old or well used. Dan & Jesse Krug, South Road, Westhampton, MA 01027, are both 85 years old, basicly
housebound these days. They make Bookmarks, Necklaces, Wristbands,
and many other little items, that they give to people at church and town fairs.
Their time is well spent in making thse nice gifts for the town folks. If you move in their town they will give you a Button "something" as a Wlcome to their town. If you are sick or feeling down, a Button comes in mighty handy. Good Luck Charm with a Button. So please if at all possible let's help them out wiht some Buttons, so they can bring Warm Smiles to many town folks they see and meet. I personally wear a Button Bracelet. People ask me where I got it from? told them from two Very Nice folks from Westhampton, who care about me.
If 2000 folks send them 10 Buttons each -- the Krug's will be Well Supplied for at least two more years. Thank you ALL in return of my plea for soem Buttons.
Thank you for the gift and the nice comments! It's my pleasure to welcome new members and I appreciate all you do here. I'm thankful for Good Old Days!

Hi Lisa, I 'am proud for writing this book. My second husband was killed by a drunk driver, who by the way was never convicted . I was pregant with our son ,5 1/2 mo. He never got to see the son he talked to every day from day one that we found out i was pg. I would like to buy a copy when you are finished. Have a great week. JoAllen Winter,jcwinter@lowcountry.com
I am a published author, I write non~fiction. I am currently working on a book as a tribute to the victims of drunk drivers. It's something I feel very strongly. You may email me at:
