Hi I just read your question about sugar in the raw. I have been using this type of sugar for many years. I use it in most of my baking and always in my coffee and tea . It seams to cut the bitterness in coffee I love.

Sure do! I use it in my grandmother's sugar cookie recipe. We could never get it exactly the way Dad remembered it until I found raw sugar, which was close to the "A" sugar she used a hundred years ago:
