Marie Moore what are you working on for Christmas gifts, I am just finishing up a pair of knitted socks, I have some purse patterns I want to work on too they are sewn, I have been on this one site that offers free patterns they have some nice ones. I told you I made my own milk bath, a little valentine's present for all of you my recipe I call it Lavender milk bath but you can use whatever scent you prefer.
Ingredients: 1 quart of epsom salts, 4 cups of dry milk, few drops of Lavender, etc green tea, chamomile, Jasmine, vanilla, eucalyptus. Stir everything together and place in containers. I use empty 8 oz drink bottles I take off the labels and make a new label. Pour l/2 cup into bath water. What a wonderful way to end the day.

I haven't decided yet. I am crocheting a Christening Blanket for my youngest daughter who is expecting in August, so haven't given much thought to anything else.

I was thinking about doing some things with yo-yos what are you going to do with them Becky? I will try and copy the turban Dee i am not sure if I can just post the measurements or if I should just mail you a drawing. I have a scanner just haven't figured out how to use it.

To all those who sew: I've worked on quilts for St. Jude's, Shriners Hospital & Project Linus with a great group of ladies. We now have 2 projects going that require 2 1/2" squares. If anyone has scraps this size (or larger!) to spare, they'd definitely be put to good use. If you can help, please PM me for my address.

Welcome Janice. Wish I knew how to knit. Right now I am crocheting a Christening Blanket for my youngest daughter who is expecting in August. Hope to get some quilting squares soon to start making Yo Yo's for a new project.

Hi Janice - you sound like a busy lady! The turban sounds great, would love to have instructions when you get the pattern made. I already have several projects going, so one more wouldn't matter!
