Would like to hear from you
I'm 59 yrs old and would like to hear from anyone who has similar interests. I like geneology, crocheting, quilting, any type needlepoint, reading, gardening, and a lot of other crafts. I'm also a member the the Daughters of the American Revolution. Just a crafty little person now that I'm not working outside the home. I stay at home to take care of my husband who is somewhat older than me. I have a small dog, mini-pin, Harley. He's quite a handful, but he's a good boy! I have 4 grown children, 3 Grandchildren of my own and more from husband's side. Have been married three times (no more after this one!)
We live in the mountains in North GA and can see TN and NC from here! Beautiful country. But we want to move back north to WV to be near family in MD. We moved here 4 years ago and realize life's too short to be so far away from the family so we're trying to sell here.

Hi, I am 62 husband recently retired, we have 3 grown children and 7 granchildren . I like to do genealogy, quilting, x-stitching, crocheting, reading camping,gardening but hard to grow things here , I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and it gets very hot so gardening is hard to do . I have 2 dogs, one is a beagle who is a hand full and the other is a 7 yr old pitbull who is the most loveable thing, she loves her tummy rubbed.Would like to corespond with you.

My name is Linda. I just turned 52 on July 30. I have recently take 2 classes on crocheting. I want to make blankets, hats and booties for newborns. I have requested on the crochet sight anyone wishing to make blankets, hat and booties for preemie newborns would be great. We just started a group here in Aiken, SC and make as many as possible and get more from others for the Medical College of Georgia for preemies. I live in South Carolina, but only 15 to 30 minutes from Georgia. I enjoy reading but don't seem to have the time to do much of it. I also love doing Scrapbooking. I am not that good at it, but at least my son will have all the pictures in one area when we pass. We are looking to move to TN in about 5 years. We moved to SC from MD 19 years ago and love it here. Would love to be your friend. Hope you will join the Birthday Club. There is a lot of great people there.

I crochet a lot of afghans, tho my daughter and granddaughter have had me do gloves and socks for them! I've done other things too like bed doll dresses. I've done small camo hats that are cute.
