Unsolicited emails

I received an email from someone alledging to have seen my page on this site. I searched for this individual on here but did not find her. This email was somewhat suggestive and I was rather upset to receive it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Today I did get a email from her , she's overseas working out of a doctor's office. She was trying to get me to help her get her father bank account straigten out here in the U.S. She also sent me a picture of her. I didn't respond back, and furthermore won't either.
