card shower for mother on dialysis

I would like to have a Birthday card shower for my mom who turns77 on February 18th, she resideds in a nursing home due to stroke and kidney disease, she is on dialysis 3 days a week and this makes her feel weak and tired, she doesn't hardly eat anything, says shes to full, I was driving her to dialysis until last week, she's to weak to get in and out of car and I can't pick her up due to back problems.
